How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 3–5 BUSINESS DAYS.
Processing time does NOT include shipping time. Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We support domestic and selected international shipping routes where carrier coverage is available.
Where are orders shipped from?
Orders may be fulfilled from INTERNATIONAL WAREHOUSES, depending on product availability and the most efficient logistics route.
Final delivery is typically handled by trusted local delivery partners, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other local delivery partners.
How long does delivery take?

Why is my tracking number not updating?
Tracking updates may take 24–48 HOURS to appear after your package has been shipped.
For international logistics, tracking may also pause temporarily while the package is being processed, transferred, or cleared by customs.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL with a TRACKING NUMBER.

What should I do if my package is delayed?
If your package is delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking number.
We will assist you in tracking your order and working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing ACCURATE AND COMPLETE SHIPPING INFORMATION at checkout.
If incorrect or incomplete information is provided:
Delivery may be delayed
Delivery may fail
Additional reshipping fees may apply

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is LOST, SIGNIFICANTLY DELAYED, OR ARRIVES DAMAGED, please contact us as soon as possible.

Standard shipping is free for orders over 0. All current watch products in our catalog qualify for free standard shipping.
Expedited shipping / GH VIP is .00 flat rate, if available at checkout. The final shipping option shown at checkout depends on destination and selected shipping method.
