What does Veltrix Group Corporation actually do?
We build applied-AI products and platforms for technology, financial services, e-commerce, and SaaS companies. Our flagship offerings cover AI-driven SEO, workflow automation, analytics, and security. Each is delivered as a hosted platform, a self-hosted deployment, or a custom engineering engagement — depending on what fits your stack.
Where is my data stored?
By default, customer data is stored in encrypted form in US-based data centers (AWS us-east-1 and us-west-2 with multi-AZ replication). EU and APAC residency options are available for enterprise plans. If you require self-hosting, we ship Docker and Kubernetes Helm charts that run inside your own VPC. Veltrix Group Corporation is a Colorado corporation, and our default contracting jurisdiction is the State of Colorado, United States.
Are you SOC 2 compliant?
Yes. Veltrix Group Corporation maintains SOC 2 Type II certification. Reports are available under NDA from your account manager. We are also aligned with ISO 27001 controls and follow the GDPR and CCPA data-handling requirements.
How is the platform priced?
We offer three commercial models: a usage-based metered plan for startups, a flat-rate annual subscription for mid-market, and a negotiated enterprise agreement for organizations that need custom SLAs, dedicated infrastructure, or premium support. All pricing is published transparently — we do not run hidden discounts or fake list prices.
How long does deployment take?
A standard hosted deployment typically takes 5 to 10 business days from contract to first measurable result. Self-hosted deployments take longer — usually 2 to 4 weeks — and include hands-on integration with our solutions team.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Every product includes a 14-day evaluation tier with full feature access against a sample dataset. To run a trial against your own production data, request a guided proof-of-concept from our sales team.
Who owns the data and the models?
You do. Veltrix Group Corporation never trains shared foundation models on customer data. Any models fine-tuned on your inputs are isolated to your tenant, encrypted at rest, and exportable on request.
What is your uptime guarantee?
The hosted platform is backed by a 99.95% monthly uptime SLA. Enterprise plans include a 99.99% SLA with credit-back terms and a dedicated incident commander on every Sev-1 event.
Do you have an API?
Every product ships with a REST API, a GraphQL endpoint, and official SDKs for JavaScript, Python, Go, and Java. Webhooks, OAuth 2.0, and SSO via SAML and OIDC are included on all plans.

Can I cancel at any time?
Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing cycle with no penalty. Annual contracts are governed by the terms in your master service agreement; in nearly every case, customers are free to cancel and export their data on 30 days notice.
