Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Veltrix Group Corporation website and the services we provide. By using our services you agree to these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://veltrixholding.com, creating an account, or using any Veltrix Group Corporation product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand.
  • Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
  • All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, and duties unless otherwise stated.
  • Disputes regarding charges must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the services to violate any law, infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape data without authorization, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

5. Customer Data

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the services. You grant Veltrix Group Corporation a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the services.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, and materials associated with the services are owned by Veltrix Group Corporation or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Service Availability and SLA

We target 99.95% monthly uptime for the hosted platform. Service-credit terms for downtime in excess of the SLA are described in your order form or master service agreement.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other party’s confidential information using the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information of similar nature, and never less than a reasonable standard of care.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as expressly required by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veltrix Group Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veltrix Group Corporation, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any third-party claims arising out of your use of the services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination you will have 30 days to export your data, after which we will delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the City and County of Denver, Colorado.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
